ResponsibilitiesSupervise and guide sales and marketing team
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
Oversee successful introduction of new products in the market
Manage the processing of import/export orders
Develop and maintain stock reorder system
Develop and executive market penetration and retention strategies
Drive the expansion strategy of the market by identifying and developing areas of
growth ..
Review the distribution chain and recommend ways of making it more efficient
Assist in the provision of technical advisory services to clients
Prepare the departments' annual budget

Minimum requirements
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture/Horticulture
Must have Post graduate diploma in sales and marketing
Masters degree in business related area is an added advantage
5 years experience in sales and marketing. Experience in marketing of horticultura
products will be an added advantage.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge in marketing management
Knowledge in market research techniques
Knowledge in customer profiling techniques
Skills in brand development
Skill in both verbal and written communication
Ability to work for long hours with minimal supervision
